"Great location for weekend trip."

The Room: Clean and stocked. Bed was comfortable (except pillows). Amenities: The pool and jacuzzi are large and well-maintained. While the gym is on the smaller side, it was clean and featured new equipment. Good continental breakfast. Service: The check-in and check-out process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. Location: You can’t beat the location! It’s conveniently close to a variety of restaurants, stores, and a great walking trail.

Room: Need to replace the small hard pillows & get normal standard ones. Recommend bringing your own if possible. Public Areas: The indoor public spaces and hallways definitely need better, more frequent cleaning. Groundskeeping: The exterior curb appeal was lacking. The outdoor grass desperately needed to be mowed, and weeds were overgrown throughout the property. Snack Options: The hotel needs to offer a better, more diverse selection of snack options for guests.

"Pleasant stay"

The breakfast was very complete with choices of eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles, pastries and cereal. The timing of all available items was not complete at opening time. Some items arrived ten minutes after.

One of the front desk members was not as polite as the others. A couple of comments made could be taken as being rude though they may have been joking.

Friendly staff-clean comfortable hotel-loved the hot tub and pool!

How far we had to walk to get to our room from the main entrance. I don't think we could have been further away and it was confusing taking an elevator up-walking across the skyway-taking an elevator down and walking to the far end of the hall to get to our room. And doing that over and over to go to the pool and hot tub.
