Très bruyant (train qui passe la nuit derrière l’hotel et manèges en avant jusqu’à 23h). Nos chambre étaient propres, mais puaient… et ma tv ne fonctionnait pas, ainsi que ma cafetière.

Ww premium rates for this motel, and the value simply wasn’t there. From the moment we checked in, we noticed the rooms were in disrepair and reeked of mustiness. The walls were so thin that we could hear every word from the adjacent rooms, and quiet hours were not enforced or perhaps didn’t exist at all. Guests were even allowed to pitch tents and cook in the hallways. The pervasive smell of marijuana added to the discomfort. To make matters worse, the room shook violently with every passing train, so much for the “great location.” Staff interaction was minimal. Parking wasn’t assigned, and navigating to even basic outlets was a hassle, a couple of outlet were so loose we had to even slide the mini-fridge out every time I needed to charge something. Maintenance and furnishings plainly lacked care: the pool was unusable green, low on water and unheated. The ceiling and the microwave were visibly gross. The bed was uncomfortable. I’ve stayed in my fair share of motels while traveling, and this one easily ranks as the worst.

Location, close to attractions/food/shopping etc.

Numerous safety/cleanliness concerns. The door to our room had a crack in it, appeared as if someone kicked the door in. The crack interfered with the locking mechanism of the door, this was a major security concern. Dirt in every corner of the room, bugs crawling all around, and chipped tiles in the bathroom. No shower curtain (just a liner). Tiles on the pool deck were loose, a family member tripped on one and was nearly injured. The train approximately 15’ behind the room kept us from a decent nights rest. Booked four nights and left after the first night. No option for a refund (third party booking policy).
