Knights Inn and Suites - Grand Forks

Besides the frequent cockroaches, Knights Inn is the best of the worst in town. Miles better than Stay Inn and East Grand Inn with whom they compete for the lowest dollar per night average. Their continental breakfast is the best of the three by far. Hotel staff and housekeepers are great. The pool is decent. Like other budget hotels, they need to update their power outlet offerings to accommodate a world with cell phones. The outlets are not conveniently near the bed at all. The area of town is quite industrial but there are many stores and fast food joints within walking distance. The roaches are gross and there's no way around that. If they got rid of those this would be a point higher.

Cleaniess horrible, rooms smell, boogers on wall, holes in wall, dogs barking, bathroom doesn't lock

The building is dated, which I can live with. But the curtains, bathtub and bathroom walls were really dirty.

The room smelt terrible. The walls were dirty as heck. And our tv didn’t work. As soon as we walked into the hotel through the back door to get to our room. The trash cans were full by the pool. Never ever will I stay there again.

Front desk help was excellent and the food was standard. Pool was cold. It served our purpose.

The hotel was very nice except for the smell of marijuana in the evening.

Bed bugs on the property. Requested a refund and have no success with the property thus far.
