"Mixed feelings about this hotel"

The staff that cleaned our room did a great job. The AC in the room worked well. Hand soap smelled really good.

The staff. Only one of them was nice to us. You also can not reserve a parking space. Hotel is opposite of a hospital. You will hear a lot of sirens. The parking is weird. You need to get so close to the gate with your car, before it oppens that it is actually really scary.

"Passabler Frankfurt Aufenthalt mit ein paar Abstrichen"

- Das Zimmer war ruhig, sauber und geräumig; - Die Klimaanlage hat den Raum bei der starken Hitze Ende Mai angenehm temperiert; - Es gibt zwei geräumige Aufzüge; - Das Hotel befindet sich sehr nah am Zentrum von Frankfurt, so dass viele Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. - Das Personal war freundlich.

- Meine Buchung über Booking war im hotelinternen System nicht auffindbar. Ich musste eine ausgedruckte Bestätigung vorzeigen und anschließend ca. 20 Minuten warten, bevor ich ein Zimmer zugewiesen bekam. Dies liegt eventuell daran, dass dieses ehemalige Flemings-Hotel mit dem Jahreswechsel 2025/2026 von "Motel One" übernommen wurde; - Die Dusche steht ohne jegliche Abtrennung mitten im Zimmer; ich würde diese Art von Zimmerkategorie nur Alleinreisenden empfehlen (oder wenn man voyeuristisch bzw. exhibitionistisch veranlagt ist); - Es gibt keine Minibar. Nicht einmal eine Flasche Wasser befindet sich auf dem Zimmer. Ich empfehle daher jedem eigene Getränke mitzubringen. - Das Reinigungspersonal klopfte an einem Morgen trotz "Bitte nicht stören"-Schild an der Tür.

"City break"

Great idea having the sick and shower in the room, makes it a lot bigger. The location was perfect, near the train station. Around 10 mins walk to the heart of the city. 5 mins walk to Aldi. I would definitely stay here again,

Not enough pillows, we could have done with 2 each. I'm sure if we asked they would have given us more.. Also there was no iron. We managed with out.
