USUSI arrive on Fri ,the 6th.I must say from the time I checked in,and when I checked out, your evening staff was very professional, smile on her face. She made the stay very pleasant, I'm sorry but I an bad with names,Fri,Sat evening person,again was amazing

Front desk attendant. Older woman always has an attitude as if we are inconveniencing her. I asked for a receipt after checking out and she huffed and puffed like I did something wrong. And she said she was missing a conference call.
