"Ceilings way too low"

Given the price it is the worst hotel I've probably ever stayed at for the simple reason that the ceiling in the room is absurdly low with white paint, bad lighting, and no warning sign or verbal warning so I hit my head multiple times even though I'm only average height at 5'10" which is ridiculous. I also submitted hotels.com feedback about this but they didn't followup nor was I offered an upgrade or spa discount like I think I was maybe supposed to be given my hotels.com status. Housekeeping also wasn't perfect but not a big problem. The low ceiling is a huge problem and made the stay very uncomfortable.

I thought it was exclusive but it wasn’t there was staff going back and forth our hotel. One of the staff was stirring next to our pool gazing at the view and quickly stood up when I came in. Didn’t feel our place, was uncomfortable using our private pool because strangers going back and forth and loud banging noises when tried to take a nap.
