This is a very classy hotel in a good location at the beginning of the tourist path into Oia, so out of the hustle and bustle. The infinity pools are wonderful with stunning views of the Caldera. The service was great: friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was delicious with so much choice. Our room was disappointing, considering the cost; it was large, clean and bright with a huge bathroom with jacuzzi bath and the bed was comfortable. There was a little terrace with sun beds but it wasn’t totally private, as rooms above could look down onto it, as is the way with many of the hotels in Santorini because they’re built into the cliff side. And so, though pleasant, it just didn’t have the wow factor that I was expecting. A little tip: don’t bother jostling with the crowds to see the sunset from the end of Oia, see it anywhere along the Caldera between Oia and Imerovigli - it’s just as good.

We loved the whole atmosphere of this hotel. The staff were fantastic and very obliging. The views are magical! The breakfast is great and extensive. We dined at their signature restaurant, Mikrasia - absolutely delicious!! The room was great and quiet. My only criticism is that the bed mattress was a bit lumpy, not firm enough and the pillows were lumpy,appeared overused.

Staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful, yet not overbearing. Property was beautiful and charming. The layout of the property was like no place I have ever been, which may be typical of other properties on the cliff. Walking up and down steps is an absolute, so be prepared. This is not intended to be a negative - it is indeed part of the charm. After dark ambience of the property coupled with the view of the oia cliffside was romantic and calming beyond anything words can describe.

The service, location and amenities are incredible. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing staff and beyond a 5 star experience from the minute I arrived in Santorini. I had done my research and they surpassed all my expectations in reference to my suite, food, location and the attention to detail from the staff.
