Americas Best Value Inn Polson

The breakfast was nice, set up very nice. It was nice & clean & plenty of food. Enjoyed the view of the lake.

The stairs to our room. The traffic was too much but they can't do anything about that.

We loved the location and view. The room was nice but over priced (270.00) 1 night, the ice machine didn't work and the breakfast was basically nothing, banana and cereal. I'll be going back to Polson and will try a different hotel.

Over priced at 270.00 a night. I had asked to see the room first and the older staff person was floored because I asked. The younger staff showed us the room. Ice machine broke. Breakfast was basically cold banana and cereal.

The staff is ok at the reception, the rest just ignore you for some reasons. The room is really big but bathroom very small. Great views over the lake. Sufficient parking spaces. Breakfast was fine.

Great view on Flat Head Lake

I couldn't even stay at the facility because they were going to charge for my ESA service animal. Wanted to charge a fee which wasn't posted anywhere on the website about a charge for any service animal. Also the facility was also wanted a debit/ credit card to put on file when I paid through booking and have stayed at a lot of motels using booking to make the reservation and have never needed a card on file with the other motels. I would like a refund if possible because I didn't stay at the motel and ended up sleeping in my vehicle that night.

Excellent location. The hotel is in a great spot and walking distance to many things. It was easy to find a place to park my truck and boat!

it was a little expensive!

The young woman that checked us in was very welcoming.

The rooms were smaller than expected.
