Hotel Park 10

This hotel did not appear like the photos. It was run down and not cared for. I wanted to check out early and I was told that I could cancel my reservation without any problems. The gentleman at the front desk completely lied to us and they ended up charging me the full state of my hotel room. Do not stay here if you are use to staying at quality hotels. Because this one is not it.

Amazing hotel staff are superb will be back

Terrible reception service, though the service staff was nice, I lost a box from the room, and no one said anything. I would not recomend this hotel.

I will start with the staff. Everyone was absolutely incredible. Friendly and attentive. My fiancé and I were treated like family. The restaurant was incredible- food, service and ambiance. The only four star rating goes to amenities. The Turkish bath and steam area seemed outdated. We didn’t try it out for that reason. You also need a pool. Adding a nice outdoor pool with a swim up bar would be excellent! Overall excellent rating. Beautiful hotel set in a perfect area. Thank you for your hospitality.

La propiedad esta un poco vieja, le falta mantenimiento preventivo, la habitación con mucho oxido y humedad en paredes. El internet terrible. El desayuno estaba ok, pero el servicio muy irregular y desordenado en el restaurante.

A hotel was nice, staff in the restaurant was always very attentive , wifi was not good, too slow when connected.

Quiet and clean. Convenient to El Plobado and the metro station. Breakfast is great, hotel staff is very helpful and conscientious. Rooms are very spacious and large windows allow for lots of natural light and fresh air if the weather is nice. The in site restaurant is very good. I would stay here again.

Great as always

Not emphatic at all, even several request to get an early checkin, based on the fact that we travelled all night to arrive in Medellin, the receptionist was not emphatic and un polite to our request to get a room to shower and change our cloth, we had to go all day out with out showering, even we mentioned that we were not going to stay two nights as we had to leave one day earlier. We also requested to get our free breakfast for the second night we were not going to use for that mornings breakfast and there was a NO as an answer to all our request.

Cool property, very easily walkable. Rooms were lovely and shower was truly amazing
