Please note that if you book an Allocation on Arrival Room, the property cannot guarantee your preferred room type and you could be allocated a twin or double room. If you want to guarantee your preferred room type, please book a Double Room or a Twin Room. All requests are subject to availability. If a room is booked on a pre-paid advance purchase rate, you will need the credit/debit card you paid with on arrival to the hotel to verify the card belongs to the guest. If the credit/debit card is not present on check in, we will refund the card on file and the guest will be required to pay with another card.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
