I think they need to get their fly infestation under control, I spent most of the night killing flies, no idea where they were coming from and the beds were super uncomfortable. Breakfast was generic nothing special.

I found this property just fine , all was good inside , breakfast on par . If I had to find fault it would be the drive in to the motels new parking lot , the approach had huge pot holes . Not the fault of the motels but still difficult.

"Thumbs Up for Surestay Brooks"

Really enjoyed this hotel. Check in was easy. Room had two exits one to outside and one to the inside of the hotel. Looks like the hotel was just built as everything was new. Bathrooms are great and the bath/hair products are terrific, including the hair dryer. Our bed was great and the linens were cleans and crisp. (Special thanks to house keeping)! Air conditioning was nice and quiet. Breakfast was generous with scrambled eggs, sausages, waffle station, yoghurt, muffins, toast, juice, coffee/tea (available 24/7) etc. Perfect for a one-nighter. Not close to downtown but Denny's was just across the parking lot for a convenient dinner.
