We booked based on other Marriott properties we had stayed at prior and proximity to the The Luther Hospital. When checked in around 11:30pm and went to our Suit room 126 and when we walked in there was a mildew smell that hit you as soon as you walk in. As we walked in the carpet was filthy a large spot in front of a well worn couch. The sheets on the bed were thread bare and the bath room showed it’s age I walked down to the front desk and spoke to a seemingly nice lady who looked shocked but ya e us a new room #226 this room did Not have the same smell but to our surprise there was a large stain in the cough the size of a dinner plate... my husband went to sit in the desk chair and found a shoe form with a face on it sitting in the chair. It became obvious that these rooms ha e not been cleaned, not is management walking through these rooms. With the concerns of COVID you would think management would be on top of there properties and the guest. I ended up calling Expedia and explained the situation and that we were not comfortable staying in this hotel little a lone this room. The Customer Service Rep was helpful I checking ya out that night!
Nice rooms, but limited lobby and breakfast due to virus. No maid service during virus also.
Disappointing that pool/hot tub and breakfast were still closed due to COVID-19. Hopefully fear will subside and we can all get back to normal soon. Otherwise the room and hotel was nice. Nice staff.
My stay was not what I expected. I would have expected to have been told the regular amenities would not be accessible during my stay.
The hotel is comfortable, clean, and quiet. The breakfast is wonderful and the staff are friendly. Highly recommend!

Everyone was nice and The room was clean. The fireplace and firepit outside were nice touches.
We were pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel was. We had a full kitchen, It was very roomy. A good value.
