USUSThe room was very clean, it had all the amenities that a expensive hotel Has with a very cost effective price, the front desk employee was very friendly and helpful, i had trouble with my car battery and the front desk employee was very helpful in helping me. With getting me a extension cord to hook up my battery charger, i would suggest this hotel to everyone, friendly, clean, cost effective, and a small Continental breakfast which was nice, thank you for a great night's stay,😀😀

GBVery friendly staff, we accidentally ended up checking out 30mins late and the manager was really chill about it. Didn't make it to the breakfast but it looked like quite a spread during check-in, although I don't recall breakfast being advertised. Room was nice and big, everything in it that you need (toiletries, TV, desk, functioning aircon, microwave, fridge, coffee machine). No bed bugs on inspection - they have the metal bedframe and mattress zipper covers to prevent this, very important and major+. Location good for visiting the nearby grotto, very quiet little town, trees with lots of birds on the property (nice and tranquil). Would stay again.
Few dead bugs about the place, made it feel not completely cleaned but given the area this may be normal/uncontrollable on a daily basis. I slept okay but my husband got some back pain from the mattress, so maybe not for everyone. There were 2 remotes for the TV, on both the volume controls were broken, so we had to use a remote app on our phone to control the volume which is a problem if you don't know how to do that - remote should probably be replaced.
