"Good stay"

Nice clean room. Friendly front desk. Only issue was no restaurant available when arriving later in the day so used skip to deliver to room. Buffet Breakfast was nice to have in the morning. Not a stand out but would return.

"Family visit"

I was thinking I booked the best hotel in fort McMurrsy but unfortunately many things made me disappointed. Check in was not good as the lady put me in the smallest room there is when I had a baby and child and said they are short staffed. Dishwasher was not empty and guest services are not polite. Asked lady for pillows for the pull out and said out of the whole hotel that there was only one left. Very rude. Disappointed sorry for the guests that enjoyed their stay. My biggest complaint is that the hot tub was under maintenance. For all these factors hotel should not charge the amount they do as it’s not worth it.

Kids liked the waterslide, I thought the room would have a separate living room with a couch because that’s what the pictures show, instead we had a small lounge chair. Pictures should be updated

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. Friendly staff, modern, and lovely rooms. The shower was gorgeous. I want one in my house! It was very quiet and very safe protocols considering the pandemic restrictions. There was a breakfast included that was provided to go that we ate in our rooms and was quite sufficient.Thanks for the great stay.

"No couch/sitting area in my king studio "

Hotel was good but my room was supposed to include a sitting area/couch. No furniture empty corner, just a bed. When I asked the staff to resolve maybe move me a chair up into the corner he said he would look into it but didn’t actually do anything.
