المكان يعتبر جميل جداً وذو اطلالة جميلة جداً على النهر , المطعم ( الافطار ) يومياً يقومون بتغيير وتنويع قي الاكل وهذا يعتبر جيد.

لا شيء شد انتباهي وضايقني بالعكس اعتبره مكان اقامه منعزل ولطيف.

They cared about our likes- very warm and nice people. We love Sugara, member of the staff. We loved that there is a spa in the resort. I wouldn’t name the breakfast exceptional, how others put it. It was decent, good.

They had some problems with the warm water- needed to fix it 3 times just in one week stay… The pool we had in the villa is not heated at all, just bear in mind. But overall it was nice - bed was comfortable, nice coffee in the room. I know that the restaurant is separate from the hotel, but those cocktails… we order once and never again. I understand finding staff is not the easiest, but not impossible to teach them the basics cocktails…. Daiquiri was made without ice ( not at all- just simply straight liquid…).

Loved the ambiance of the whole resort. I loved the privacy we received at our villa and the views were immaculate. The staff at the hotel were so hospitable, quick and welcoming. I also loved how friendly they were to my baby boy, definitely a baby friendly resort. Bonus was the free massage we received which is exactly what we needed after walking around all day. I honestly would love to come back again and have already started recommending this place to people.

The food could be better. For the amount we paid, I was expecting somewhat of fine dining but the breakfast and the in room dining was honestly not good. Advice would be to cater to international tourists and to diversify the menu. Also need to work on freshness of food you serve at the breakfast buffet. The TV in the room needs to be replaced, it was not working properly.
