Central location

Room felt old and boring

Det centrala läget, goda parkeringsmöjligheter för handikappade liksom utrustning på rummet. Mycket god frukost. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

Ytskikten slitna, svårt att hälsa på resten av familjen som bodde på ett annat våningsplan- säkerhetsarrangemang.

Perfekt för mina ändamål! Hotellet ligger centralt och i nära anslutning till i stort sett allt. För 1 natt kräver jag inte mycket mer än det Scandic Portalen har att erbjuda: Ett städat och lugnt rum, bekväma sängar och bra faciliteter!

Frukosten var OK, när vi kom ner vid 9,30 var det lite tomma fat, men tror det fylldes på vartefter

Det mesta kändes lite slitet - t ex bastun vi sett fram emot var ur funktion. Rummet lite kalt, och gillar trägolv men hade gärna haft någon liten matta

Location, the staff that tried to be helpful

Everything. The hotel is way too old. I have been to many Scandics but this one feels like it is the grandpa of the scandics. It really needs to be put down and built again. Everything is old. But something which is quite surprising is the cleaning thats is not done properly. I have gotten a first room where i found hair from the previous tenant i guess? I took a nap and I felt itchy in the bed, maddress that is old, even has blood from "periods" i guess? I immediately went down to reception to ask for another room which they gave me. The new room was a bit better a bit more modern and no itchy bed. But again hair from previous tenant everywhere in the room. Bathroom old as well. All in all, I am scared since 5 days now that I brought something with me home from the first bed :)
