Super 8 by Wyndham Stettler

Was overall clean space. Bit of damage but not horrible water is warm.

The room was quite hot , we turned the air conditioning on and that helped the bed that was closest to the AC ….the AC was very noisy

Bed was good but room was dated

There was bugs I think cockroaches in the sink that kept returning that I had to keep destroying. and the ceiling of the bathroom had brown liquid on it

The motel staff were very kind and helpful, but the motel itself is not impressive and just run down. My room keys didn’t work, so I had to ask to get them changed. There were also sketchy characters at and around the motel. I did appreciate the cleanliness, but I don’t recommend this motel.

Upon check in, I was told my pre-paid expedia purchase was declined. They asked for another credit card; however, expedia says pre-paid transaction went through fine. There is a SERIOUS disconnect between Expedia and this Stettler Super 8 motel!

The sidewalks to the rooms were covered in Snow. There were concrete blocks in front of the car parking places that were snow covered & you could not see where to walk between them so you didn’t fall. You could see outside around the opening side of the door, cold air coming in around air conditioning

Room was clean and friendly staff. Check in and out was simple. Shower curtain was short so water was all over the floor after a shower. Overall, good place.

Had to get new keys every day during our 3 night stay, super 8 sign not working, mold in the bathroom, great water pressure. USB chargers not working. Door locking mechanism in need of repair. Very limited parking for trucks with trailers.
