​The location is convenient for accessing Zion, but the terrible service and total lack of privacy completely ruined the stay.

​Housekeeping repeatedly barged into our room 2 to 3 times starting at 9:30 AM, completely ignoring the 11:00 AM checkout time. We felt incredibly uncomfortable and pressured, forcing us to leave the hotel early. When I called management to report this privacy violation, they completely brushed it off with a casual "sorry" and showed zero accountability or care. Unprofessional and unacceptable.

Localização boa, quarto correspondente às imagens, silencioso e espaçoso, equipe atenciosa.

Dos 8 hoteis em que nos hospedamos nos Estados Unidos nessa viagem, esse foi o que tinha o pior colchão. Talvez pelos outros terem camas MUITO boas, esse nos decepcionou um pouco.
