This Hotel ZION Inn located at 65 S 700 W, Hurricane, UT 84737 was one of the worst most uncomfortable hotels I have ever experienced. when we got there we were given a room that we immediately had to ask for a change because it wreaked of cigarettes and musky stench even though this is a non smoking hotel, we did get another room which smelled much better but the beds were very old springy type mattresses that had no support and were so uncomfortable. we stayed 4 nights and if i could have cancelled I would have. we had to ask for a few more towels because the towels provided looked about 10 years old, grey faded and very rough scratchy towels that were also very thin, and the sink water barely came out and took along time to drain. The female desk lady had an attitude with an awful look on her face like she hated her job although the male desk employee at least smiled at us. even though we were there 4 days they only restocked and cleaned out room 1 time so we had to empty our own trash and ask for clean towels. One eason i chose this hotel was the reviews and it showed online that it has a breakfast. NOT THE CASE, no breakfast, no coffee nothing. only 1 ice machine located by the office. and when we asked why the online site showed breakfast, we got a replay of "we never said we had breakfast, go to McDonald's down the street" worst attitude ever, oh and the pool??? nonexistent. no water in pool, no hot tub, nothing. then I later found out this is re-named Super8 hotel. Never again.... for the amount of money we paid to stay here, Never again,

Die Klimaanlage war extrem laut, mussten diese beim Schlafen ausschalten

Ligging. Ruime kamer. Goede bedden.

Geen ontbijt. Zwembad was gesloten. Buitenkant hotel gedateerd.

Chambre spacieuse, lits confortables et personnel agréable. Bien situé, a 30 min du parc.

La ubicación, cerca de la carretera principal.

La ropa de cama estaba para cambiar (estaba rasgada).
