Insgesamt schönes Ambiente, aber keine 5 Sterne!

Das Essen war eher eine Abfütterung der Gäste, keine entspannte Atmosphäre zu laut, teilweise kaputte wackelnde Tische beim Frühstück. Am Strand die Liegen viiiiiel zu eng, beieinander. Wenig Palmen am Strand, Kein Urlaubsfeeling. Dafür viel zu teuer !

We arrived early and appreciated being given our room straight away. Our room was spacious with a large bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. We ate at the Indian restaurant which was very good. There was an excleent choice at the breakfast buffet. All staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel is in a lovely position by a stunning beach and the grounds were beautiful.

Did not like the small square pillows on the beds.

we had a beach facing room which as amazing as we were literally on the beach. great room the breakfast team were brilliant to cater to our special food requirement. Thai ginger, chef pau was amazing to cater to our dietary requirements as too the kesari restaurant. excellent spa facilities!

concierge service we tried to book a catamaran tour the day before but I did not get a reply back in time from concierge, ended up booking my own tour. for car hire it seems ridiculous you have to pre arrange the day before and by 9pm by which I had to constantly come in person from my room up to the desk to do, rather than do it through the phone. I feel when you pay enough for the hotel, the service and can do attitude needs to be there.
