We came down from Atlanta to go to a wedding. We found this property with high ratings It did not disappoint Our room was ready on arrival The room rate was fair The room was very clean and comfortable It overlooked the pool The room was quiet with no distracting noises from outside We had a great breakfast Great pool What more could I ask for?

"Terrible customer service"

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I booked a room three months in advance. It was a confirmed reservation. Three days before I was to leave for an eight-day road trip, I went to Best Western's website to enter the addresses for my various stays into my GPS. I found they had canceled my reservation. When I called the hotel to ask why, they said they were "over-booked. "For three months, they did not know they were going to be over-booked. They did not even have the courtesy to inform me they had canceled my reservation. I would have arrived on a Friday night with no room. I have been in all 50 states and traveled internationally extensively. I have NEVER!! had a confirmed reservation canceled. The hotel and its management showed me no concern or respect.
