We've stayed here a lot in the past. I did prefer the way that Americinn did a few things differently and I do understand that they are under remodel, so I expect things to be a little better next time. I would appreciate a small laundry bag in the room like they used to give. The card/key is a little finicky, the TV remote didn't control the volume. A bath mat would be nice but not necessary. I think the value you get is pretty good for what you get but it would be nice to have those things like Americinn used to do, hence the 4 starts. We'll stay here again in the future. Dave is a very pleasant and responsive manager and we look forward to seeing him again.

Location was good. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

The hot tub was closed. There was a bunch of construction material outside the entrance. The pool towels were old and wore out. The shower drain backed up when you took a shower so you ended up in a bath. There was no refrigerator in the room. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. TV was not properly mounted so you couldn’t rotate it for better viewing.
