Needs serious updating. Furniture, rugs old, worn and stained. Generally clean and staff were friendly, but the place itself wasn't worth the money w were charged.

"Last stayed at a Red Lion 15 years ago. This one is not competitive."

Good location

Motel 6 type toiletries (pictures showed the higher end ones) - shampoo and bar soap only. Seriously? For over $150 per night? Room was not updated except for a nice bathroom mirror. No elevator (minor issue for us). Pub not open, pool was not operational. Not a terrible place, but feel like we could have stayed at a cheap motel and gotten the same thing.

The staff is amazing! When I over loaded myself with luggage the front desk guy helped me by taking two of the bags to my room. The pool is heated to 92 and feels amazing. There is a sauna and a small but functional exercise room. The rooms are clean and the beds comfy.

The spa was down for maintenance.

We had stayed in this property several years ago, I had said I would never stay again. Management is poor and quite rude. Room was poor, paint peeling, mattress was in very poor condition, carpet had large stains. The hot tube still is not working, as was the case several years ago it is roped off. While swimming there were no lights on in the pool area, then there was a bright flash & loud boom from the mechanical room, not comforting. NEVER AGAIN. Screw me once, shame on you. Screw me twice, shame on me.

We only stayed for one night. In town for a wedding. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Front desk check in and out was quick and efficient. Breakfast was 6 or 7 to 9. Small standard breakfast. Overall great stay.
