Peermont Metcourt Suites

I've stayed in all of the other hotels in Emperor's Palace and they were quite nice, so I'm not sure what happened with this one. - no assistance with my bags checking in or out - no room service available - noisy (stayed with a street view room and they were painting the room next door) - atmosphere in room is sterile and almost felt like a hospital - poor lighting - not super clean (floors left my feet dirty and found black hairs in the shower that weren't mine. I'd possibly try out the Peermont Metcourt (not suites) again, but certainly not this hotel.

Excellent even better, unbelievable quality and comfort for the price paid, will definitely be staying there in the future.

It is very laid back and friendly. Breakfast is good and the availability of restaurants and stores plus Casino make it a great stopover in Joberg for flyers.

Desire for architectural style limits lighting in rooms. Otherwise, found this to be good accommodations for price.

pleased with the hotels locality being near the airport and having a good quality shuttle from airport to hotel to airport. also in the hotel they have full shopping mall faciilities with casino where one will not be bored to stay even one is along.

Beautful large room, with comfortable king bed. So few hotels have bathtubs now, so this makes it extra special. You can walk through hallways to get to the restaurant/casino complex. The Suites has a really nice breakfast with the best croissants I've had anywhere in South Africa. Free parking meant we could rent a car and shop,

Hotel staff are helpful. It is convenient to get to and from airport - regual and very freqquent ten minute shuttle ride. Able to book in early to catch up on rest and the room could be darkened for easy sleeping. Meals and other hotel facilities were goood. As part of several hotels on Casino complx, choice of restaurants and recreational activities was excellent. Good soundprroofing and lightproofing of rooms.

great being close to airport and with a casino and restaurants, etc. Rooms were sufficient.

This was just a near-airport stopover for us and it was convenient and easy. Being located next to the casino was a plus in terms of late night food upon arrival. We arrived at 7pm and left at 5am, and the shuttle service was perfect.

Booked my room two weeks prior to travel, requesting non-smoking. When I arrived they said they did not have any non-smoking availalbe. All my clothes and luggage ended up smelling like smoke.
