"I did not stay at the hotel, they canceled my room or you guys did not send the correct information"

The location was not far from the event

When I got to the hotel, they did not have my room ready so I came back later on and then they told me the reservation had been canceled. I had to rebook another hotel which cost me more money and I didn’t get in a room till 2:30 AM in the morning

Nothing

Just about everything at this place was bad. The sheets were stained really bad had to ask for new ones. Over all not a clean feel at all. And sooooo noisy.

Plumbing was broken and hot water didn’t work in shower. Also shower handle wasn’t turning properly

Nothing at all.

Very load outside throughout the night. Running toilet, and cockroaches. I paid for two nights and only stayed for one. Didn’t get reimbursed. They should at least reimburse me. Sad!

"Terrible experience"

The cleaning staff were so kind and friendly

That the room next to us were selling drugs and had hookers all night and they kept knocking on our door. Went to desk to complain and one that knocked on our door was the night shift girl from the front desk. The college is close so college student constantly coming there buying drugs
