I was very pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The front desk person was very friendly when checking in. The room was clean and I always love the bedding that the hotel uses. I will definitely start again.

The staff seemed very friendly. When I needed to change rooms because the first room was unlivable, they moved me to a second level room that was slightly better

The first room they gave me was on ground level. As soon as you walked in the room there was an overwhelming smell of both mildew and urine (?). I stepped in and the very thin, frayed, threadbare, darkly stained carpet was soaking wet!! I immediately went back to the front desk and informed them of the unlivable state the room was in and they acted surprised, but, they did give me a different room.

The room smelled of mold. There was mold in the shower. The towels were dingy and looked stained. The covers on the bed had stains. The chairs in the room had stains on them.
