Staff was nice. Good location.

Room was filthy. Stains on bed. Huge holes under bathroom sink leading to who knows where. Mold. Cat piss in corner of room. Cat piss everywhere outside. Room was no smoking but stunk like cigarette smoke. Might as well pay a few more dollars and stay next door at a nicer hotel. There’s plenty to choose from. Felt like I was going to get bed bugs. Didn’t even stay I paid for the room realized it was disgusting and then paid for another hotel next door that was way nicer.

The breakfast was awful.

Dirty bath and sink area. Mattress was very uncomfortable and like cardboard.

The person who checked me in made an extra effort to fix my reservation, as the room the computer gave me was already occupied. I couldn’t reach a human to help at booking.com but she figured out a way to change me to a satisfactory room.

It was July and the pool was still covered and dirty. The ceiling in my room was peeling over the bed, and the room was so dark I couldn’t read. A desk with no lamp, dim bedside lights that couldn’t be turned off from the bed, and no outlets to plug in my phone by the bed made it difficult to do anything but go to sleep at 8:00 pm!

I was able to get two cups of coffee in the lobby on the morning of the 22nd. The staff was reasonably pleasant. The hotel was located in the area we wanted to be. A Breakfast was never mentioned. I have no idea when or if it was served.

I booked two rooms for 5 people. One room we were initially assigned was a smoking room and smelled horribly. I have asthma and can not be around smoke or smoke odor. I had to sign a document saying I would not smoke in the room or I would be charged $150.00 extra which was also a concern with our first room assignment. We requested a room change. Our request was accommodated. After having been assigned a second room that was already occupied, we were moved to two new rooms that appeared to be ok until the one rooms had a toilet that would not stop running all night, the drain in tub was clogged so you were standing in water while showering and shower head was broken making it difficult to rinse off. The second room had furniture and bedding that was sticky making it very uncomfortable. Both rooms had floors that were filthy. You could not walk in bare feet without having coal black soles and perfectly good socks were ruined.

Breakfast was nice.

The shower curtain was dirty. The microwave didn't work right. The physical repairs were poorly done. The front desk employees when I checked in were overly concerned that I lived 30 miles from there. I was offended because I often stay in motels not far from home if I have multiple things to do in one area and don't care to drive back and forth. I noticed they had multiple guests who appeared to be permanent guests and were probably local. The night staff was very nice and accommodating. The parking lot was littered with trash.Tge heating unit in 114 was very noisy. I doubt I will stay here again.
