Baymont by Wyndham Thomasville

The front desk person was friendly but a bit preoccupied. The room was the real issue. There were bugs, one flying, in the room. The room had a not-so-pleasant odor. The room was nothing like it was depicted online. I couldn’t sleep there.

The handicapped room was clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent. Went above and beyond to make our 3 day stay a wonderful experience. Great location. Very good deal for the price. Thomasville was a nice town for us meet in. Fuzzy goat yarns was our desired place to visit. Beautiful shop we had an awesome trip

Comfortable stay, could be better cleaned

The phone module had spills on it. Paint was peeling in the bath. The clothing pad looked like its been use since the hotels opening. The exhausted air fan cover wasnt clean. The hair blower was dirty. The cost was too high. I tried to add photos, but the system didnt. Eating area too close to restroom as smells were emitted to eating area. Etc..

It was comfortable and clean, but the walls are paper thin and we could hear our neighbors talking loudly; we were woken up at 4:30 am. There was a noticeable gap in the door that let sound in as well.

The hotel is terrible, the humidity in the room terrible and the room was old all, the bathroom old they need to remodel all the property. And overprice for the kind of hotel.

The employees were great. We had a problem with no tv remote which we picked up at the front desk. The tv would not work with the remote nor manually. Continental breakfast needs to be replaced with real breakfast!
