Property Notes

Elevator enhancements are underway through July 2026. Up to two elevators will be closed at a time during each building’s renovation. From September 2025, through approximately May 2026 the Town of Hilton Head Island will complete a Beach Renourishment Project to restore eroded beach areas. Parking available for $25 plus tax daily per vehicle. Limit 3 vehicles per reservation. Garage clearance 6 ft. 7 in. No RVs/trailers.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

Incredible! The heated pools were a hit for our wintertime getaway! The views were amazing, staff were all friendly, the rooms and common areas were all clean and tidy. Everything was perfect. We will definitely be back.

"I am thrilled to have stayed at the Marriot grand Ocean twice now."

Having two bedrooms, and two baths is marvelous. Everything is very spacious, the grounds are beautiful. The location is perfect. The facilities and activities are extensive.

The only thing I wished for is later hours for the outdoor bar and restaurant. I love the spot, but it was sad when it closed at 6 PM.
