Lifts were slow and inadequate for guest volume. Breakfast was chaotic, staff unhelpful and dismissive. Room supplies not replaced despite request. Overall disappointing Superior room booked....felt average to us

Excellent central location. Clean and good supply of hot water in generous showers.

Lift chaos: long waits or many stairs. A compact room was expected, but our room was really very tight for two people; fine for one person.
