"When speaking to staff doesn't help"

Speaking to staff about issues does not help so if you have a problem try solving it yourself. Even if it is other guests trying to get Into your room every night your there more then 1 time or even 5 times a night.

"Did not stay!!!! It was horrible and booking and the hotel ripped us off wouldn’t cancel or refund"

Looks nothing like the photos looks like a drug hotel, myself husband and my senior mother arrived at night and someone came out the hotel and came to window asking if we were there to purchase drugs, after heading to front desk the manager asked me to wait well she went into private area with same guy who knock on window
