"I hate it here and I want my money back"

The trees in the atrium

The receptionist was very nasty and had a bad attitude didn’t want to accommodate me and my family for the inconvenience of no hot tub that was advertised on the booking.com then the refund policy sucks i shouldn’t have to wait til 830 am to get my deposit back tubs dirty

"This was a quick trip and the hotel provided a comfortable and affordable stay."

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The property was clean, but it showed its age.

The property could use some maintenance, parking lot had large holes in the pavement. When I pulled up to the hotel, the outside appearance was not very inviting.
