The staff did the best they could under the conditions

No power Complete blackout Freezing cold Wanted me to pay cash for a room I had already paid for Also ATMs he'd not power, so how? Made me wait 2 hours in the freezing wind with the door open and no luggage to put more clothes on until I had enough charge in my phone to prove I had a booking No hot water No coffee / tea No offer of alternative accommodation Children crying and people screaming and shouting all night long

Cheap, convenient, and comfortable. The beds were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good. It was a great option for a quick stay.

A lot of the beautiful space in the hotel seemed unused, and the vending machines did not take debit cards, which was inconvenient
