"In need of updates."

The breakfast was ok. The staff was nice.

The rooms need to be updated. Old bathtub that was obviously in need of replacement. Original carpet. Bed skirts old and dated. Very small refrigerator. Elevator was out of order 1 day.

"Last stay was disappointing"

I have stayed there often and it’s in a great location

This stay I was there for 5 nights and my room was never serviced or cleaned-I requested a change of towels and that’s all that was done. Then there was even a note requested by the front desk to service the room ands the housekeepers never did that. Was very disappointing and will most likely not stay at this hotel again
