Staff was friendly, room appeared to be clean but....

My bed had bedbugs and I was bitten on both legs. I called the facility when I got home and told them about the bed bugs. I didn't notice the bites until I arrived home. I spoke with the owner/manager and he was very concerned about it. He said he would take the room off the market and take care of it. Unfortunately the person before me did not inform them so it could have been taken care of sooner. People, you have to tell management about these things!! Otherwise they do not know there is an issue to take care of it!! This can happen even at a 5 star hotel! It took weeks for those bites to heal!!!

There were dead and alive bugs, sheet had spots on them. Mold in the bathroom shower leaked out on the floor. Front desk “Michael” attitude was horrible…I would like a full refund
