"Great stay amazing bed"

Great stay at ibis not far from derby and crich tramway village or centre of Chesterfield lots of free parking restaurant on site which I didn't use so don't know what it's like all though it looked impressive reception large clean and adequate friendly staff my room was on ground floor twin accessible luxurious comfy beds tv coffee tea facilities desk and chairs clothes rail radiator and more good lighting bathroom clean and full of rails and powerful shower and clean white towels Great stay will definitely be back when visiting Derbyshire

"Old tired hotel but cheap. Think of this as the £500 runaround."

Very old fashioned hotel. Bed was very squeaky and old spring mattress not comfortable at all. Only good thing is staff were friends and close proximity to harvester which was convenient. Overall not bad for the price but wouldn’t come back again. Bed was awful. No aircon and loud people walking down halls all through the night for some reason ???

Booked here but realised I got the dates wrong, immediately contacted Expedia within 12 hours of booking and they tried to contact the hotel who did not respond to any requests to change the date. I tried a number of times including contacting the hotel directly. So poor on both the hotel and Expedia! Now my review keeps getting blocked!
