Booking.com didnt have me in the system to the hotel once I got there, but Jackie from Ohio made sure she took good care of making sure I had a room to go to despite booking taking forever to get me in the system instantly.

I didnt Luke that booking.com system takes over an hr to get me checked in after arriving at 1 am in the morning.

Close to the Phoenix airport for an early morning flight. Also, the shuttle service was excellent. Jasmine, at the front desk, was incredibly helpful with all our questions about organizing our needs before our departure.

It’s a little “tired”. Could stand a refresh to keep up with SpringHill Suites concept.

We have stayed at other SpringHill Locations, that were better than this location.

The shower was clogged and water was slightly running the hole time . Cold coffee and warm breakfast should be hotter .
