"This stay was wonderful and I would stay again if I am back in the area."

The property was very comforting. The entrance, lobby, and the room was very relaxing and comfortable. The environment and location was perfect for the activities we had planned. It was convenient to everything.

There wasn’t really anything that I didn’t like about the property. The tissue could be better but it wasn’t a major issue.

"Poor attention to customer feedback"

I asked to purchase 2 bottles of water and asked that it would be charged to my room for which I had already provided my credit card and paid a $100 deposit. The front desk clerk was very unpleasant and asked me to pay for it separately and proceeded to state that this is "standard" in the hotel industry and that "nobody" complains about this. I believe this person should not work in the hospitality business.

Good location. Quite, friendly staff, nice lobby. When we just open door of the room and step in, the smell is not good, rotten. I don't know how to decribe this smell, maybe it come from carpet. The bed with musty smell. Except that smell, I want to give 5 stars for this hotel but I can't this time. Comfort Suite is one of hotels in my list. Next time i will check reviews carefully when booking. Except
