The staff was nice and even helped us with a purse that was left at the facility. They kept it safe and bagged until we could pick it up.

The room had mold/mildew growing on the walls. The hot tub was leaking and the carpet was soaked. We did not stay at this hotel because we didnt feel comfortable with our 1 year old child walking around in mold infested facilities.

Absolutely disgusting. Do NOT stay here This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The bathroom was filthy, the bathtub was covered in slime, and they couldn’t even bother to properly hang or secure the shower curtain. The bedsheets were dirty, the ceiling was full of mold, and the entire room smelled strongly of mold and humidity. The smell was unbearable. This place is not just uncomfortable — it is unhygienic and unacceptable. I honestly don’t understand how this hotel is still allowed to operate, let alone be listed on Booking.com. I am extremely disappointed that Booking still accepts reservations for a hotel in this condition. I strongly warn anyone reading this: do not stay here. Save yourself the stress, disgust, and health risk. This hotel should be removed from booking platforms until it meets basic cleanliness and safety standards.

El desayuno es bueno, hasta que se acaba, mu has veces 1 hora antes de terminarse se agotaban los productos y habia que perseguir a los encargados para que se hicieran los sordos y que no teajeran nada mas

En 5 noches no fueron a mi habitacion ni a cambiar las tohallas

Debe mejorar el desayuno y lo que ofrecen

Mi cuarto estaba bien limpio muy confortable el problema es el pasillo con mucho olor a cigarrillos y la entrada del hotel está muy descuida le falta mucha limpieza para dar una buena imagen al entrar el elevador le hace falta limpieza
