USUSTHIS HOTEL HAS ROACHES. Stayed at Ramada by Wyndham Ontario California on May 31, 2026. It was worst experience I have ever had a hotel. Guy at front desk, said his name was Alex was rude to guest checking in. I saw a roach in bathroom, tv did not work, air conditioner did not work, and you could hear all outside noise and someone walking on top of me all night. I could not sleep
USDidn't like the fact that it was no remote control in my room had to continue this gold to the office when there was an issue. Staff wasn't in the office at the operating hours. I would understand if it wasn't the normal hours of operation.

USThe staff was rude while after I checked out of my room I was in the pool waiting for being picked up and they yelled at me and my boyfriend and told us to leave and threatened that if not they would call the police
USThey're very racist and so disgusting is the worst place I ever stayed, my children would never want to go back there get on vacation because of this hotel. This hotel was the worst I've ever experienced 1 day, they walked in, and we seen a dead roach on our 2, we got in at 3 in the morning and the lady was rude as how for we walked gave us the wrong key and we went into a room where a lady was having sex. My 3-year-old scene, I'll disgusting, I would like my money back, but they argue with me, they are robbers, they steal your money. The bed has blood, all over it. Yeah, steams, it's a nasty place.What a disgusting place should not be running i want to read breakfast and I was denied because I wasn't white.I can't stand Reese's places.How disgusting
