"Excellent"

Not a fancy place but a good value. No pool & only one ice machine for the entire property. It was adequately clean & bed/pillows were pretty comfy.

It was a Holiday weekend in Georgetown and the price was very affordable. The area was so amazing that we extended the stay for several days. I would stay again

"Dirty and run down"

nice location near the river

the room was very dirty. Spider webs in the bathroom. Bathroom door was falling apart and not on the hinges properly. Only 1 chair to sit on. very limited outlets available and none near the desk. Burn holes on the floor and comforter. The smallest bed pillows ever encountered.

The property is unkept. Rooms are not clean. Roaches are present. The staff is unprofessional. Do not stay at this site. It may be conveniently located but it’s not worth the price. The staff gets mad if you point out inadequate issues. I had to move 3 times before I found a room that was clean, safe & operable.
