The motel staff were very good. Unfortunately the following day when I returned I found the room as if only the bed had been made and the coffeemaker did not work. I reported this and everything was corrected.The front desk even inquired if everything had been taken care of.

Room had no toliet paper, reserved non smoking got smoking, few problems but work out ok

Went to visit relatives in Arab Ala. Had stayed here before. Very nice hotel. Need more variety for breakfast like donuts or rolls. Otherwise no problems.

Very clean for a medium priced hotel. Good pool. No complaints. This was the second time I have stayed there. Convenient location to restaurants.

Great hotel, good location. All accomadations were first class. Staff was very friendly and anxious to help. We have stayed at this hotel on several previous occasions and will stay again.

I stayed at Jameson in Arab to see family in Arab and also visit Huntsville. I've stayed there before and would again. It's comfortable and the price is great.

I normally do not take the time to write a review, but have to say I was very unhappy with the cleanliness of the room at this hotel. The large chair in the room would have been nice to set in, but was stained and very dirty. I had socks on that I walked on the carpet with. After one afternoon they were totally soiled. I put towels down to walk on after that experience. The back of the commode and the bathtub had previous occupants hair in and around them. It was sad that a place that had such possibilities was let go so bad. There was some type of deodorizer used on the carpet that really bothered my allergies and asthma. I called to ask the front desk about it and the young guy rudely said they used none. It was quit strong and obvious and I kindly said that that there was something in the room and I was just inquiring what it might be so I could do something to make it better. After a few more rude words a hung up. The next morning I called to see if they had an iron and ironing board, the same guy said they did not have any there. I hung up the phone and went to the back of the room to get my clothes and realized that the iron was behind my hanging clothes. Strange, the guy said they didn't have any irons. I will say the remaining staff was very nice. My main reason for responding here is that the motel is too nice to be so dirty. Someone in the corporate office needs to check on it. The carpets are dark so you don't realize how dirty they are until you walk on them with socks or barefooted. The chair which was once a very nice chair, is so dirty that I would never set on it. The bath rooms are just not cleaned to the point where you would normally feel comfortable. Just a note to help out.

The Jameson Inn staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well equipped.
