Wir haben an die Hotelleitung eine wirklich nette Mail geschrieben- mit Dingen die uns sehr gut gefallen , aber auch Sachen die absolut nicht okay waren- nach Monaten keine Rückmeldung. Schade!

Keine Rückmeldung. Hier hat man nicht das Gefühl, dass die Meinung des Gastes zählt. Bei einem Hotel in dieser Kategorie nicht akzeptabel.

The hotel was exceptional, the staff was impeccable, and the food was excellent. It’s a little bit of a walk to get to other shopping and restaurants, but it was worth it to stay at such a nice
