The room on the top floor - bathroom was tiny and it had a funny smell. But the staff were lovely and location great!

De goede ontvangst door het personeel was me aangenaam; de inrichting van de kamers ,mede de netheid, was ook al is het in een 10 jaar terug gerenoveerd koppel oude herenhuizen van historisch Nancy ( welbadkamer en WC wat nauwetjes om te maneuvreren?) .De ligging van het hotel is okok :: vandaaruit 15 minuten traag wandelen naarcstads centrum , zoals het historisch vooral prachtige Stanislas Place . En wat een geluk op zelfde adres van hotel ligt het beste Italiaans restaurant van stad Nancy !! Ga er heen !Resereveren vooraf aangeraden . Parking : aangeraden om vooraf aankomst in Stad Nancy te verifiēren voor beste en misschirn ook hun duidelijke instructies over de in buurt van hotel liggende parkingmogelijkheden. Ontbijt er meteen mee rehisteren en per check noteren bij boeking. Want niet duur en okok. Oik geen goede ontbijt alternatievven in de buurt van hotel !??

personnel très sympathique et accueillant chambre assez petite mais joli déco (comme dans tout l'hôtel), bien équipée idéalement située à deux pas de la gare, à l'entrée du centre-ville

L'emplacement est idéal. La chambre était très agréable et le lit confortable. La petite attention à l'occasion d'un anniversaire était la cerise sur le gâteau

Excellent location! Clean and a friendly staff. The free water / coffee machine and the bath tub were excellent

Chambre au 6e très chaude: atmosphère irrespirable. Pompe à chaleur dans la chambre qui fait beaucoup de bruit. Plafond dégradé. Bruits d’eau pendant la nuit. Personnel plutôt aimable mais qui vous explique qu’ils savent les problèmes de la chambre mais ne peuvent rien faire car la direction fait la sourde oreille. Pas du tout un standing d’un trois étoiles.
