All the linens are very old. There is no face towel. No tea towel in the kitchen. Sink can be clean a bit more.

The location is near to the shopping area around ortigas

When we arrived in the room # 513,, smells strong chinese food,,, multiple hair found in the tub,,, shower area need to resilicon, clogged sink lights are so dark,, no hot water in the shower 2nd room so my friends use my bathroom in the masters bedroom, NOISE NOISE NOISE!!!

Good location and spacious rooms, availability of kitchenette, security. In general everything is clean and convenient. Personnel is very accommodating and reacts fast on requests.

Facility is definitely tired and requires update in some scale. Due to significant residents turnaround there is no attention on details. Furniture looks intact but you would feel smell of usage, mattress due to humidity is not fresh and you can feel it, which diminishes comfort.
