Rooms are big

Slow check in and check out process. They were able to give us our room 30 minutes past check in time. Checking out also took 15 to 20 minutes due to poor communications between the housekeeping and front desk staff.

The food in happy chef is delicious though the serving is small portion it has a yummy taste

I hope they will allow to bring the towel from the pool area going to the room,they can definitely collect after the housekeeping get it

The room service and restaurant are both good.

we left early. because we prepaid they didn't refund our last night. They gave away our room and switched us to 2 single beds. I'm 6'5" and couldn't fit on the bed. They mentioned that we had used a 3rd party provider. I imagine if we had got our original room I would have liked it.
