"Good"

Lady that checked me in was excellent. So nice & friendly. It was snowing and I had informed her that I would be leaving around 5:30 am so she put me on a ground floor as I had requested and close to paved driveway due to construction in front with clay driveway. Room was clean. Parking lot was well lit. Heating worked well due to only 17 degrees outside. Close to nice restaurants.

"Great mattress!"

The mattress was outstanding and so were the pillows. It was a bit noisy having a room in the front but doable. Breakfast was cereal, waffles, apples, bananas, muffins. Descent enough . Hotel very handy to the 95. Will be staying there on the way back home

"Friendliest hotel around, including Fayetteville area"

I think this is one of the best hotels around. The staff is super helpful, they actually care about their guests. If you need anything, staff is there to help. Rooms are very clean also. Housekeeping does wonderful job on keeping rooms actually clean.

The hotel was very substandard in terms of the room accommodation, there was body soap missing in the bathroom, stains on the sofa, no water or snack upon check in, limited staff? A lot of noise on the 4th floor. Expedia canceled my reservation and didn’t notify me in advance I had to pay an additional $50 for the hotel, resulting in a higher payment.

"Worked for me"

Just needed a place to sleep for the night right off the interstate. Friendly staff. Breakfast included. There were a few small bugs in the room, but otherwise was clean/tidy.

"Worst Hotel Ever"

If I could give this place negative stars I would. The place is filthy. Bed had dead bugs in it. AC did not work. Lights did not work. Spider webs throughout the room. Baseboards had inches of dust. Bed felt like you were laying on rocks. Propery itself was unkept. Run from this place.
