"Was looking forward to top end get away for the weekend but did not happen!"

Superb location, room was lovely and big with promised harbour views!

Shower was not working properly and when I advised the team I was promised it would be fixed immediately, we returned to our room at 11pm to find shower still not working, was then told it would be fixed in the morning, but we needed a shower that night. Sunday breakfast took 45 minutes for two poached eggs and I had to follow up with wait staff twice.

"Schönes Hotel mit schönen Blich auf den Hafen"

Das liegt schön auf einem alten Pier. Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut.

Die Nachbargebäude auf dem Pier standen zum großen Teil leer und die zugeparkte Straße auf dem Pier macht den Eindruck etwas kaputt.

Location, friendly staff, view - but had to pay for it, comfy bed and services offered.

Same story with Hilton, you want the extra you have to pay for it all. There was a bottle of wine included in booking - nothing mentioned or supplied or highlighted that there was anything complimentary.
