Friendly and helpful staff, good location. I’d forgotten the bring along an adapter, but the receptionist lent one out :-) Efficient heater (was required!)

Very old windows that need replacement. Not windproof, so it was quite chilly in the room. No butter for breakfast? There‘s grocery store right at the next corner!

Really comfy, clean, modern in the rooms and staff were really friendly and helpful.

It was quite noisy at night even on the far side of the hotel (away from the bars) but they give free earplugs at reception and it is incredibly central so perhaps comes with the territory.
