La gentillesse du personnel

Bâtiment à la limite de l'insalubrité. La moquette au sol est tellement sale qu'on ne peut pas marcher pieds nus Les WC et douche sont sur le palier et communs à tout l'étage Sans parler des extérieurs avec des poubelles visibles autour du bâtiment ainsi que la végétation non entretenue......

The hotel was terrible and disgusting. The place had a horrible smell. The bathroom was outside of the room and had to be shared with 5 other occupants. There were cobwebs, broken tiles and non working lights in the bathroom. The carpets were sticky and very dirty to say the least. This is a hostel or some sort of HMO building and not a hotel. This should be a zero star hotel. I was very upset and angry and had to check out after been there for just over an hour. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone. This establishment shouldn't operate as a hotel period.

The whole establishment, the rooms, the bathroom, the carpets. I mean everything in the building was falling apart. It was disgusting.
